Holding on Hope

A husband and wife spread their wares on the sidewalk. It was evening rushing down. The street lamps were bright enough to illuminate their wares.
On either side of the pile of debris from the demolition of the market surrounded. In front of passing vehicles and fast steps. Who is interested in buying? However, the two of them took turns greeting and offering merchandise. Colorful children's t-shirts, a pack of three handles, little skirts, and who knows what else. "O husband and wife traders, why do you believe someone bought the merchandise? How can you peddle goods in the dim and commotion like this?” "We have not lost hope", was the answer. "That's our only strength. We don't know what and how to grow this business, but we know hope will never leave those who hold it." Thank you to the little people who set an example and spread the hope of improving our lives. They are the pillars that hold the sky from collapsing. They dim the scorching sun of life, which sometimes feels searingly hot.
