Realizing that “people come & go” - How to Deal with a Quarter Life Crisis?

Adolescence is a time full of color, there is happiness and sadness.
Adolescence is a time when we get a lot of friends, know the meaning of love and friendship. But unfortunately, when we face a realistic life after college, the friends we have slowly start disappear. Friends who have always been there for us are slowly starting to pursue our goals, dreams and goals love, so it's not uncommon in the end we feel alone, have no one and feel down that we are alone. Not a few even refuse just to be invited to meet. Even though maybe we never did that to our friends. Maybe we should study, work or get married outside the city or abroad, so that without us knowing it, we also leave our friends behind.

Sharing is caring!

Sharing sadness and disappointment is a natural thing to those around you. But most importantly is that we know who the right people are to share our worries and make us feel better, not someone who will actually bring down our spirits. Parents, family, relatives, friends, spouses or a friend might be the right person to share with.
